Shipping & Cancellation Policy

All prices on our website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and all charges will be paid in Indian Rupees. We use a ground-based courier service for deliveries within India. Shipping within India can take up to 7 to 10 business days and also depends on the state or area you live in. Some pin codes might not be eligible for COD service. Orders under Rs. 599 are applicable to a minimum charge of Rs. 49. On all COD orders, a minimal fee of Rs. 50 will be charged.

If you have received any damaged product, please register a single complaint as there will only be one return or replacement.

Customers are advised not to accept any defective or damaged product.

We do not currently ship internationally. However, you may have your purchase delivered to any address within India.

Offers and promotion code:

To take advantage of a special promotion, you must be signed in and enter the promo code on the shopping bag page before checkout. The offer will be automatically applied when you enter the appropriate information.

Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per online order and they don’t apply to items that are already discounted.

Order confirmation

Your order process will come to a close with the appearance of an order confirmation. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number of your purchase.

Order cancellation

Requests to cancel orders will be taken into consideration, but are not guaranteed. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled as we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Once you receive order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Even while we try to process every successful order, there are certain situations where we may need to cancel orders:

  • Product unavailability or out of stock
  • Limitations on quantities available
  • Errors in product, pricing, or promotion details
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Non-serviceable locations

At times, we may require additional verification or information before processing your order. If your order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded in full and may take up to a week depending on your bank.

What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during the time of payment and I have to cancel my order?

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if the order is cancelled.

If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in case of cancellation.

Refunds for cancellation of orders

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 15 days from the date on which https://ambhonidhi.com/ cancels the order. In case of prepaid orders through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be transferred back to the original account.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched or shipped. Please note that COD charges and shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is via e-wallet, the amount may be credited within 24 hours.

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:

Order once placed can only be cancelled within 4 hours from placing the order. You can write to our customer support team at ambhonidhient.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded within 15 business days after the cancellation request.

Please note: For Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking payments, it may take up to 15 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY

Products available on our website are for personal use only. For certain products, there may be a maximum purchase limit. If the order exceeds the allowed quantity, it may be cancelled.

Reselling of our products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
